What to Know Before Your Appointment
We understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, to ensure that our business operates smoothly, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer the reserved time to another client who may be on our waiting list.
Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service(s).
In the event of a third late cancellation within a 12-month period, 100% of the scheduled service(s) must be paid before rescheduling any future appointments. A credit card will be securely stored for all future bookings, and from that point forward, 100% of the scheduled services will be charged to your card for any future late cancellations.
Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the booked service(s). A credit card may be required to schedule future appointments.
The cancellation fee must be paid in full before you can book any future appointments.
We strive to keep appointments on time out of respect for our guests and stylists. If you're running late, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, appointments are not guaranteed if arrival is more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time.
For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing environment, we ask that no children accompany you during your appointment. If you are unable to arrange childcare, we kindly ask that you reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
If you are breastfeeding and need to bring your baby to your appointment, please let us know in advance. With notice, we’re happy to arrange the best setup to support you and maintain a comfortable environment for all guests.
We want you to love your hair and home care products from CREA! If you are unsatisfied with your hair, please notify us as soon as possible. We will happily accommodate you by making any adjustments within two weeks of your initial appointment. In the event that you are not happy with a product, you may exchange it for an alternative product recommended by your stylist. Extension hair is non-refundable.
Services with a longer appointment time may result in a deposit to book your appointment. Examples of these services include extension appointments, color corrections, and smoothing treatments.
