How to Join the CREA Team
Our Hiring Process, Step by Step
1. Send us your application
Introduce yourself, share your experience, and tell us why you’re excited about CREA. Even if we’re not actively hiring, we review every submission and keep strong candidates on file for future opportunities.
2. Get to know eachother
When your experience aligns with what we’re looking for, we’ll schedule a time visit the salon and meet Blake & Julianne. It’s a casual conversation where we both get a feel for alignment and goals.
3. hands-on model demonstration
We’ll invite you to bring a model and demonstrate your work, so we can see how your technique and presence fits into the overall vibe of the salon. If it goes well, we can feel it – and we'd love for you to join us!
4. make it official
Next, we’ll talk next steps: service timing, schedule preferences, and how our team can best support you as you settle into your new role as a CREA stylist.
5. Final onboarding details
We’ll get you set up in our booking system, finalize compensation details, and collect your cosmetology license and payroll information.
